Located just 10 minutes from the city centre, and 5 KM from the twin
towers ours is the ideal location to have your Kuala Lumpur holiday. As
we are on the fringe of the city centre it means we can get to most city
locations quicker than if you were staying in the city. How is this you
ask, well the answer is simple
Traffic Jams
as
any one who has been to K.L knows its a great place to visit, lots of
traffic jams though.

China town
or Petaling Street is in the city, if you were staying in the West In
Hotel, Istana Hotel or some other Inner City Hotel location it could
take you 1/2 hour to 45 minutes in a taxi to get to China Town
even though it is only approx 3 - 4 KM away. From our location my usual
travel time is 15 minutes no matter the time of day. Our property has
excellent access to all the motorways, highways etc in K.L which go
around the city, thus we can avoid the city traffic, and go directly to
our destination thus saving time and money.

a taxi into central market recently , which is very close to china town
(4 in the cab) the cost Rm 6.50 which is approx $2.30 AUD, $1.42 Euro,
$14.95 HKD, $2.60 NZD, $2.90 Sing, $.097. pence GBP or $1.92 USD.
No matter where you are coming from no matter the currency, that is
cheap.
Your Holiday apartment is located at the Maple Condominium 1A Persiaran
Parkview (PSN P VIEW) off Jalan Ipoh. One of the main roads in K.L Well
serviced with easy access to all the motorways / highways makes
getting to and from the Maple a breeze. Public transport is at the door
with buses passing by on Jalan Ipoh frequently, the train station is
also just a 15 minute stroll away through the park. Taxis are plentiful
and are some times your best option with a fare into the city costing
between 6 - 8 ringgit depending on your destination.
If you are catching a taxi from the airport the driver needs to go
towards Jalan Kuching / Jalan Duta / Segambut (let the driver know we
are located at Batu Tiga Jalan Ipoh ) pronounced tega, most will know
the way as it's a city location. Once on Jalan Ipoh he should head
towards Kepong and move over to the right hand lane, you will see a
white building up front on your left with a red star on the top, this is
the Hyundai car showroom, before the showroom is a school ground,
opposite the school grounds are some traffic lights. You need to turn
right at these lights, this is Jalan Persiaran Parkview. Go to the end
you will see a sign " Maple Drive" turn right and continue around to the
guard house, the park should be on your left. If so
congratulations you have arrived.
